YKN is run by Yap, who has the workshop reputation that travels entirely by word of mouth: transparent about what needs doing, willing to say what doesn't. One regular's review describes Yap driving out personally when a car wouldn't start — tightening a loose battery terminal on the spot, no charge. Six days a week, closed Sunday.
